Made-to-order items

Every print in this shop is made to order just for you, so we can’t accept returns for change of mind. Please choose your format and size carefully before checking out.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll reprint your order or refund you.

All sales are final

Apart from damaged, defective, or incorrect items, all sales are final. Made-to-order prints can’t be restocked.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it enters production — usually within 24 hours of ordering. Once printing has started, we can no longer cancel.
