Agreement to terms

By accessing or purchasing from lwgphotos.com (“the store”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the store.

Products

We sell made-to-order fine-art photography prints. Each print is produced after you order — we don’t hold pre-printed inventory. Prints are produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Gelato, and ship from the facility nearest you.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are shown before checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is due in full at checkout.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if there’s a pricing error or a production issue) and will refund you in full if we do. You can cancel your order for a full refund before it enters production — usually within 24 hours of ordering.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping rates, production times, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Because prints are made to order, all sales are final except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual property

All photographs and artwork on this site are © Leif Windell Galino. Buying a print gives you the physical print only — it doesn’t transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or distribute the images.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in ways it wasn’t intended to be used.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including delays by shipping carriers.
